This nutritious shake is a big hit with the kids.


  • 300g frozen mixed berries or 200g fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large scoops of berry-flavoured frozen yoghurt


  1. Place berries in a blender. Add milk and scoops frozen yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide among tall serving glasses and serve with extra scoops of frozen yoghurt, if desired.
