We love summer because of the sun, the beach and delicious milkshakes.
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 large scoops no-added-sugar vanilla ice-cream
- 1 medium banana, peeled chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend milk, ice-cream, banana, berries and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
