This delicious breakfast shake combines wheatgerm and fresh banana for a nutritious energy boost.


  • 2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 200g tub 99% fat-free banana yoghurt
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons wheatgerm


  1. Place milk, yoghurt, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve.
