The fantastic flavours of your curries will only improve when served with this tasty sambal.
- 1 large banana, cut into 5mm-thick slices
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
- Toss banana in lemon juice to coat. Add coconut and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Spoon into a serving bowl. Serve.
