The fantastic flavours of your curries will only improve when served with this tasty sambal.


  • 1 large banana, cut into 5mm-thick slices
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt


  1. Toss banana in lemon juice to coat. Add coconut and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to combine. Spoon into a serving bowl. Serve.
