  • 1/2 firm ripe avocado, peeled
  • 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
  • 325ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced fat milk (cow, soy, almond, rice or coconut)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon LSA meal


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately.
