A refreshing and stylish drink for spring and summer. Non alcoholic options are provided too. Bottoms up!


  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • Champagne
  • Fresh cherries, to garnish
  • Mint leaves, to garnish
  • bakery croissants, butter and jam, to serve


  1. Divide apricot nectar between 6 x 3/4-cup capacity glasses. Add cranberry juice.
  2. Top up glasses with champagne, and add a few cherries to each glass. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately with croissants, butter and jam.
