  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 orange, extra, peeled, sliced
  • 140g pkt Australian Chopped Kale
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced crossways
  • 1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 4 red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 Fuji apples, thinly sliced crossways
  • 1/4 cup (35g) coarsely chopped pistachios


  1. Whisk the orange juice, vinegar, oil and mustard in a small bowl. Season.
  2. Arrange the orange slices, kale, avocado, cabbage, radish and apple on a large serving platter. Drizzle with the orange vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pistachios to serve.
