  • 125ml (1/2 cup) freshly brewed strong espresso coffee
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) gold tequila
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) coffee liqueur
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream


  1. Combine the coffee, tequila and coffee liqueur in a heatproof jug.
  2. Spoon the ice-cream among serving glasses. Pour over the coffee mixture and serve immediately.
