- 125ml (1/2 cup) freshly brewed strong espresso coffee
- 60ml (1/4 cup) gold tequila
- 60ml (1/4 cup) coffee liqueur
- 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- Combine the coffee, tequila and coffee liqueur in a heatproof jug.
- Spoon the ice-cream among serving glasses. Pour over the coffee mixture and serve immediately.
