Pure oysters
For 6 people, you will need:
36 oysters, three lemons (cut into wedges), fresh parsley, crushed ice.
Prise open the oysters and discard the upper shell. Arrange the flesh-filled shells on a serving-dish, on a layer of crushed ice. Serve them with wedges of lemon and garnished with chopped fresh parsley. You can use a classic vinaigrette or a dash of Tabasco sauce.
