Raw sauerkraut salad
You will need:
600g of raw sauerkraut, five slices of fresh pineapple, four tablespoonfuls of sunflower oil (cold-pressed), salt, white-wine vinegar, lettuce leaves, hazelnuts (finely chopped) to decorate.
Drain the sauerkraut. Cut the pineapple into small pieces and mix these with the sauerkraut. Stir in salt, oil and vinegar. Serve this on a bed of lettuce decorated with the hazelnuts.
