Gorgonzola, pears and walnuts

Gorgonzola is not a Tuscan cheese. It gets its name from the town of Gorgonzola near Milan, and it’s made in Piedmont and Lombardy. Italy’s best cheeses come from its northernmost regions, where there has always been better pasture, and so more cows, butter, milk and a great variety of cheeses.
You will need:
Gorgonzola, pears, walnuts.
Serve really good and creamy Gorgonzola cheese with sliced pears and some walnuts. It’s a terrific combination.
Olive all’Ascolana, coccoli fritti and polenta fritta
