Yoghurt, date, walnut and mint smoothie

For 4 people, you will need:
Two bananas, a tablespoonful of honey, two cupfuls of apple juice, 250ml of natural yoghurt, 50g of pitted dates, 50g of walnuts, six mint leaves.
Soak the dates and walnuts in the yoghurt overnight, to soften. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and liquidise them until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
