Iced cinnamon capuccino
You will need an espresso machine for this.
For 1 person, you will need:
One strong espresso, 100ml of cold milk, another 100ml of milk (for frothing), ice cubes, one cinnamon stick, a pinch of ground cinnamon, a pinch of powdered chocolate, sugar to taste.
Put the espresso into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes, the cold milk and powdered cinnamon. Shake this well (close it first!) and pour the mixture into a short clear glass. Add a few ice cubes. Put the cinnamon stick into the cold coffee; it will give a bit more flavour and can be used as a stirrer. Froth the rest of the milk, using the steam spout of the coffee machine, and let it stand for a minute so that the air bubbles disappear and you are left with a creamy froth that will stand. Spoon this onto the iced coffee, sprinkle it with powdered chocolate, and serve.
