Grape jelly
For 4 people, you will need:
500ml of fresh grape juice, made from black or white grapes, three tablespoonfuls of sugar, six gelatin leaves.
To make the grape juice, wash the grapes thoroughly and process them in a blender. Then put the mixture through a fine sieve. Discard the pulp and measure out 500ml of juice. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for three minutes until they are soft. Warm 250ml of grape juice, remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar and gelatin. Stir until all is dissolved. Add this to the remaining grape juice, stir well and pour it into four glasses. Leave these to cool, then refrigerate them until the jelly has set.
