Herb marinade

You will need:
120ml of dry white wine, four tablespoonfuls of olive oil, one tablespoonful of lemon juice, two tablespoonfuls of finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, chives, basil), freshly ground pepper.
Mix together the ingredients and let them infuse for half an hour before using them to marinate fish.
