Pesto, ricotta, rocket and pine-nut wrap

Bernard Muscat's wine recommendation: Nando Cavalli Dry Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC from Emilia-Romagna (Paolo Bonnici).
For 4 people, you will need:
Four wraps (bought packaged), 200g of ricotta (drained), 200g of cherry tomatoes (halved), 100g of rocket, freshly ground black pepper, 15g of pine-nuts (toasted), 30g of freshly made or top good quality shop-bought pesto.
Lay out the wraps and spread one side lightly with pesto and then ricotta. Top this with tomatoes, rocket, pine-nuts and grind on some pepper. Wrap up and serve.
