Eight slices dark brown bread, or three brown or multigrain, medium baguettes, or three wraps, four tablespoonfuls of roasted-aubergine paste, three tomatoes (sliced), one avocado (sliced), 150g of feta cheese (sliced), freshly ground black pepper.
Spread the bread with the aubergine paste. Top this with sliced tomatoes, then sliced feta and finally, sliced avocado. Grind on some black pepper and serve immediately.
