Homemade chicken nuggets
For 8 people, you will need:
500g of minced chicken breast, 250g of breadcrumbs, four eggs, rough salt and pepper, cooking oil, ketchup and mayonnaise.
Mix half the breadcrumbs into the chicken mince. Grind some rough salt and pepper and stir them in. Shape the chicken mince mixture into bite-sized nuggets. Dip them in lightly beaten egg and then roll them in breadcrumbs. Shallow-fry them gently, ensuring that the chicken is cooked right through. The breadcrumbs should be cooked golden. . Serve them with ketchup and mayonnaise.
