Coppa cups with orange, date, oregano and peanut

The quantities given here are for 20 pieces.
You will need:
20 round slices of coppa di Parma or thin slices of salami (you can buy this in small packets at the supermarket), 20 dates (pitted and finely chopped), 20 segments of orange, a teaspoonful of dried oregano, a tablespoonful of crushed peanuts.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Push a slice of coppa di Parma or salami into each hollow of a cup-cake baking-tray. Bake them for 10 minutes or until the cured meat is crisp. Remove them from the oven, prise the cured meat ‘cups’ out of the tray and place them on absorbent paper. In each one, place an orange segment, some date pieces, and a bit of oregano and crushed peanut. Serve them within an hour.
