Fried ravjul with sugar
You will need:
This uses leftover cooked ravjul – though not with sauce, of course.
Leave them in a colander for 30 minutes to drain thoroughly. Fry them in shallow oil for a minute on each side, until golden. Pat off the excess oil with kitchen paper and sprinkle them with sugar. Serve immediately.
