Borage flowers and strawberries with sparkling wine

Strawberries are not at their colourful and juiciest best right now, but you only need a few for fun.

You will need:

Strawberries, borage flowers, sparkling white wine (very chilled).

Clean the strawberries and flowers. Put them in large wine glasses. Pour on the wine until it reaches halfway up the glass. Serve immediately.
