Sherry butter
You will need:
250g of unsalted butter, 200g of icing sugar (sifted), a pinch of cinnamon, four tablespoonfuls of old oloroso sherry, two tablespoonfuls of brandy de Jerez or other brandy, cognac or Armagnac.
Mix the ingredients together and serve.
