Mint water
You will need:
A few sprigs of mint, water.
Make an infusion by dropping a handful of fresh mint leaves into a pan of boiling water. Leave them to simmer for a little, then remove them and pour the infused water into a clear glass bottle. The water should be pale green. You can dilute it with more water if the taste is too strong. Push a couple of sprigs of mint into the bottle, and then leave it in the fridge until you serve it.
