Hand-rolled prawn and avocado cones

These are very popular.
You will need:
One prawn per roll (peeled and lightly blanched), avocado (cut into strips), spring onions, wasabi paste.
Cut each sheet of nori into four pieces. On each piece, place a ball of prepared sushi rice together with the other ingredients and press them against the nori, leaving the edges uncovered. Roll the nori over from one side to the adjacent corner, allowing it to overlap slightly so that it will stick to the other side and seal the cone.
