Mint tea

This is an all-time favourite, and the drink of choice in North Africa, where it is made with fresh mint leaves rather than dried, and served piping hot in little glasses. Mint tea, served chilled from the refrigerator, is very refreshing in hot weather. Make it in a large jug.
You will need:
Two sprigs of mint are enough for a mild cup– use three for a stronger flavour or if you are to serve it cold.
Try this tea served with cannoli.
Cinnamon and lemon biscuits
