Lemon verbena tea

This is a summer treat and it is particularly good, mildly sedative, soothing to indigestion, nausea and cramps. The shrub is deciduous and bare in the autumn and winter, so dry some leaves in the summer to store for the winter.
You will need:
Two sprigs of lemon verbena are enough for one mug of tea.
Make it in a pot and serve it with gluten-free lemon and pistachio cake.
