Fennel seed and rosemary

This is good for indigestion and constipation, reduces water retention and soothes the toxic effects of excess alcohol.
You will need:
One teaspoonful of fennel seeds, a sprig of rosemary.
Lightly crush one teaspoonful of fennel seeds and put this in a mug with a sprig of rosemary, then pour on boiling water. This is very good when served after dinner instead of coffee, with some gluten-free almond and anise biscuits.
