This is another spice and citrus tea, and it is a beautiful golden colour.
You will need:
Half a cinnamon stick, two slivers of orange zest.
Crumble half a cinnamon stick into a tea-cup, add two slivers of orange zest, and pour in boiling water. Leave the tea to brew for a couple of minutes. If you are making it in a pot, crumble in two cinnamon sticks and eight strips of orange zest and leave it to brew for around four minutes. Serve this with baklava.
