I have tried the recipe featured on the last issue of Taste. After 18 minutes in the oven, I thought that it needed more time since the mixture was still not solid. I left it for another 30 minutes but it was still not solid. Could you please advise the reason? What should I have done? Thanks and keep it up!

Hi Dorianne...the time listed on the recipe is refered when using a convection oven...I m very very sorry....technical mistake.. :) when using a normal domestic oven, you should put oven temperature at 160degrees, and leave them for approximatly 40 / 45 mins...
Im sure you will not regret trying them again...they're fantasic ...
