Eating without Yeast

  • Congrats - Taste is a fab magazine! I love our Maltese bread, and love 'ftiras' however I think I could be intolerant to yeast. Could you help me? Any tried-and-tested recipes that are yeast-free?

  • Christiana, our archive doesn't contain any recipes for bread made without yeast, and we don't offer a service for the provision of recipes not found in our archive. We do encourage the exchange of recipes by readers, though, so if anybody reading this has a good recipe for yeast-free bread, perhaps they would like to post it here.
