Try out this amazing Maltese dish and impress your family and friends
- garlic finely chopped
- tomatoes peeled + puree
- lots of cheese Ravjoli:
- either make your own or else try to find some good ones possibly made using goats cheese.
- Place Ravioli in the dish (uncooked) in layers covered with sauce (make sure you have lots of sauce since ravioli will cook in this sauce)
- Cover the whole with more sauce and cheese
- Bake for about 30 mins
