For breakfast on the run throw together this delicious 5-minute super banana smoothie.
- 1 banana, frozen, sliced
- 1 pitted fresh date, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 500ml (2 cups) milk (cows or soy)
- 75g baby spinach leaves or trimmed kale leaves
- Blend the banana, date, chia and milk in a blender until well combined. Add the spinach or kale and blend until smooth.
