- 1/3 cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
- 1 wheat cereal biscuit, crushed
- 1 medium banana, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Blend or process yoghurt, biscuit, banana and pineapple juice until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.
