This delicious breakfast shake combines wheatgerm and fresh banana for a nutritious energy boost.
- 2 cups reduced fat milk
- 200g tub 99% fat-free banana yoghurt
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons wheatgerm
- Place milk, yoghurt, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve.
