Start the day off with a delicious banana and berry smoothie, full of healthy ingredients.
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Place banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yoghurt and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. Serve.
