Start the day off with a delicious banana and berry smoothie, full of healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yoghurt and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. Serve.
