  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 200g canned sliced peaches in juice, drained
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Nature's Own Superfood Blends Chia


  1. Blend chopped banana, drained canned sliced peaches in juice, rolled oats, skim milk and Nature€™s Own Superfood Blends Chia in a blender for 1 minute or until smooth and frothy. Garnish with extra fruit.
