Get the most out of your grill and create this easy asparagus and corn dish for a sensational summer side.
- 3 bunches asparagus
- 3 x 115g pkts baby corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to season
- Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Place asparagus, and corn in a large bowl.
- Drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until tender crisp.
