A refreshing and stylish drink for spring and summer. Non alcoholic options are provided too. Bottoms up!
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
- Fresh cherries, to garnish
- Mint leaves, to garnish
- bakery croissants, butter and jam, to serve
- Divide apricot nectar between 6 x 3/4-cup capacity glasses. Add cranberry juice.
- Top up glasses with champagne, and add a few cherries to each glass. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately with croissants, butter and jam.
