Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup drained apricot halves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 200g tub apricot lactose-free yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Blend apricot, milk, yoghurt and honey together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
