Treat your Easter guests to a batch of these delicious Anzac bikkies. Best served with a hot cuppa.
- 85 g (1/3 cup) Flora Buttery
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- 2/3 cup sultanas
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line baking trays with baking paper.
- Cream Flora Buttery and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Fold in sultanas and flour. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture into oats and roll into balls. Place onto prepared trays, pressing down lightly with fingertips, allowing room for spreading.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on baking trays. Store in an airtight container.
