Potato wedges

Cooking with kids


Adults love these too.
Eight large potatoes (scrubbed clean but with the peel on), salt and pepper, three tablespoonfuls of vegetable oil, one tablespoonful of paprika.
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4/180C. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Stir them around in salt, pepper, paprika and oil until they are coated. Roast them for 45 minutes.
